Ric Emmett wrote this book as a sequel to his first Gomo book: The Adventures of Gomo the Rubber Duck which was published in 2012. Starting Gomo for President in 2012, he set it aside while he finished his book on Amercian Art Deco Furniture which was published in 2015. All the notes he made for this book as well as what photos went with what text were very clearly marked by Ric so both Iza Emmett and Amanda MacMaster were able to bring the book to life! As close as possible to how Ric would have written it!!!
