This is an Art Deco flapper girl table lamp c. 1920. This pretty flapper girl looks like she stepped right out of one of The Great Gatsby's roaring 20's parties. The base of the lamp is oblong and has the look of cobblestone etched into the metal. There is a white glass globe that sits over the bulb. Next to the globe is the flapper girl, just perched upon a pedestal leaning towards the light. The back of the girls pedestal is stamped with "PT-NY." The girl has fingerwaves in her hair bob haircut and is wearing a short dress with a diamond pattern on it, her legs crossed at the ankles. The light works fine (turns on by a knob on the base) and is in excellent condition with some minor wear to the finish as shown in the photos. It measures 9.5" wide, 8" tall, and 5.25" deep.
