This is a pair of desk lamps attributed to either Serge Mouille or Jean Boris-Lacroix. They have a triangular base supporting a slender, straight arm and conical red lamp shade allows these simple lamps to adapt well in any setting. The brass metal base is adjustable and can slide throughout the neck. It is from the 50's and has been recently wired to American standards and takes a regular bulb. They measure about 16 inches high from the top of the shade to the base, the legs extend 7 inches and the shade is 5 inches diameter 5.5 inches long. They are in good vintage condition with minimal wear. There is a slight amount of paint loss on the shades mostly centralized around the rims. This is what we like to see in true vintage 1950's shades. Please see photos for more details.
