Goldscheider, Wien, Partially Enameled Terracotta, circa 1930.  This terracotta bust was designed by Kurt Goebel ca. 1936.   He worked for the famous Goldscheider Manufactury and Majolica Factory.   The turquoise enameled ringlets above black terracotta.
