19th Century French Onyx & Cloisonne Converted Banquet Oil Table Lamp.

Elegant c.1880's French onyx and cloisonne oil lamp that has been converted to an electrified banquet table lamp. The lamp has a green glass well which is supported by a stately green onyx column. The brass base and capital have fine cloisonne work. The lamp had been converted to electricity early into the 20th century and is fitted with two bulbs and an adjustable rod which allows for the raising and lowering of the shade. The original pleated silk shade from the conversion does have edge deterioration to the silk as expected but the pleats are in good condition. Wired and in working condition.

One Leviton socket has been replaced with antique replacement. The shade has some deterioration of silk on the top and bottom edges. There are some minor edge nibbles / dings to the onyx which are mostly felt but not noticeable
