Raymond Vernet
Born 1920
Vernet wa born 9 June 1920, in Schirmeck (Bas-Rhin).
He was a painter of nudes, pportraits, still-lifes, and landscapes.
Raymond Vernet was self-taught and worked in Montparnasse until 1965, associating with the painters Fujita, André Planson and Maurice Utrillo.
He then moved to Provence.
He exhibited in Paris, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and the USA.
