This American art deco table lamp was designed and produced in the 1930s by the Markel Company of Buffalo, New York. The three “speed” rings on the shaft are echoed in the typical Markel finial. This is the largest and most impressive of the Markel table lamps. The lamp has been replated in bright nickel and rewired.
