Made circa 1900, this turn of the century sterling silver Art Nouveau letter opener features a sculptural handle of a semi-nude woman uncovering herself in an inviting fashion. The figural handle is 3.75 inches long and stamped sterling along the side. The steel blade is 5 inches long making the opener 8.75 inches long overall.
The letter opener is in very good, gently used condition with no dents or repairs. It has been lightly polished to leave dark highlights in the crevices to enhance the details.
