This very large 16” tall pair of American Art Deco Galvano Electroformed Copper sculptures were made in the 1920’s. The very Heroic Harvesters are extremely well formed in plaster then submitted to a process of electroplating which was done by several companies including Armor Bronze, Pompeian Bronze, Marion Bronze, Kathodian Bronze Works and LaFrance Bronze Arts. These appear to be quite rare. They are not signed or marked in any way but each one has two indentations on the underside of the base showing where the hanging wire was cut. I’m totally crazy about this pair!!!
