Original 1950s shell back cocktail chair. Very well constructed chair, fully spring seat with a solid beech inner frame and solid beech legs. An elegant piece with a very glamorous 1950s feel. Stunning design, lovely curled sides, tapered and splayed legs typical of the era and a wonderfully shaped back. This pair was fully and professionally re-upholstered, the condition is excellent, the stripped legs have been newly re-finished.
