Oil on canvas painting by iconic American artist Lowell Nesbitt (1933-1993), dated 1964. Retains labels from Sotheby's, Onnasch Kunsthandel Galerie in Berlin, Germany, as well as an exhibit in 1980 at the McNay Fine Art Museum in San Antonio, TX. Nesbitt had a long and acclaimed career which peaked during the '80s when the U.S. Postal Service recognized him by releasing four stamps in honor of his floral paintings.
