Next is Raymond Katz's (1895-1974) "MOSES AND THE BURNING BUSH". The symbolism of the burning bush corresponds to the motifs of A Gift to Biro-Bijan. The miracle of the Burning Bush occured in the desert when Moses lead the Jews from Egypt to the Holy Land. The Jewish people endured persecution on their final destination to the Promised Land.
