Description

This sleek 1930’s French art deco dining table is distinguished by a “U” support set on a pair of sculpted feet. Constructed of rare Palissandre (Brazilian Rosewood) veers with bright nickel trim, the table has pull out lined drawers on each end for storage. Trade in Brazilian rosewood has been totally banned for all specimens cut after 1992. The table is 37 ¼” wide, 30” high and 65 ½” long (76 ½” long when the two 10 ½” leaves are inserted at each end). The table has been expertly refinished in high gloss lacquer. The table could also easily be used as a very elegant desk.
