1970s gold-plate dimensional bracelet, stamped "MURAD, ISABEL CANOVAS" on the inside.
Isabel Canovas is a highly collectible jewelry designer who designed for such fashions houses as Louis Vuitton and Hermes until she decided to produce her own lines. Her collections were always quite small and it is so rare that her pieces come to market. The pieces were sold at her shop on the Place Vendome in Paris and on Madison Avenue in New York. No longer sold, her pieces are highly collectible. This bracelet is an exquisite example of her work; dimensional and elegant, with a reticulated center design.
This piece is 2.5" wide and 7.5" in circumference.
