This color later edition color lithographic poster printed on metal is advertising the Telepherique or Aerial Tramway of Veyrier which was inaugurated on July 29, 1934. It had an annual record of 69,050 passengers carried in 1948. It took 7 minutes to ascend the 800 meter vertical change. At the top was a hotel frequented by "High Society". The operation ceased in 1984 after 50 years of operation. to provide transportation from the Henry Reb was a French poster artist born in 1883 and died in 1959. The poster is 29" high x 30 1/2" x 17 3/4". The original poster was a color lithograph on paper and in the signature it did not have the "dapres".
