A Pair of American Art Deco Gilbert Rohde Paldao Servers

Description

Two number 4190 servers from the Paldao Group, designed in 1940 by Gilbert Rohde (1894 – 1944) for the Herman Miller Furniture Company, Zeeland Michigan. Constructed of Paldao wood and Acacia burl with wood pulls, the servers each measure 29 ½” high x 33” wide and 14” deep.
