This original American art deco table lamp was designed in 1930 by sculptor Arthur Von Frankenberg (1898 - 1992) for Frankart Inc. The lamp received design patent D81265 and features a nude kneeling before a four-inch diameter crystal ball in pale yellow with controlled bubbles. A bulb underneath the globes supplies the light. The geometric spelter base is marked "Frankart INC" and "Pat APPLD. For". The lamp is 8 ¾’ tall, 7 ½" wide and 4 ¾" deep. It has been rewired for safety.
