Description

Gilbert Rohde (1894-1944) designed this dining table for the Herman Miller Furniture Company in 1937. It is from the 3725 Formal Dining Group and is constructed with maidou burl and mahogany veneers, which are arranged on the top in a checkerboard pattern. The table is 29” high, 40” wide and 72” long. When the two 24” x 40” aproned leaves are added, the table is 120” long. The table is matched with either the six or eight 3725 groups of chairs we have for sale.
