This French art deco cameo glass vase is by Charles Schneider (1881-1962) and is signed under the lip “Le Verre Francais”. The orange upper layer is acid etched and wheel cut to reveal the mottled white ground. The cutting “Fougeres”, was produced in 1927 and 1928. The vase measures 8” high and 6 ½” diameter.
