A rare and valuable photographic print of Madonna taken by photographer Patrick McMullan at the Limelight in New York on September 12, 1984 for the Dallas Bosendahl Public Relations party for the release of the film, Amadeus (which won the Oscar for Best Picture for the 1984 year). Reid Rosefelt, Publicist for the 1985 film, Desperately Seeking Susan, in which Madonna starred, accompanied her to this party as the hosts thought that current pop and rock stars should be in attendance since Mozart himself was considered the “rock star” of his day. This image is #6 of only 10 printed as is indicated on the lower left. The photograph is signed “Patrick McMullen” on the lower right in pencil and on the reverse “Patrick McMullen 1984” along with his personal studio stamp. The photograph is 12 ½” high x 10 ¼” wide.
