This is a French Art Deco Silver-plate Cocktail Shaker made in Paris, France circa 1930's. There is a small GELB hallmark on the bottom. It has great art deco lines, and is free from dents. It is in great vintage condition and it measures about 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the widest point.
