This is a 1920's art deco celluloid rhinestone bangle bracelet. Yes it's from the flapper girl period! It measures 7-1/2" around and 1/2" tall. There are three rows of 2mm round cut rhinestones that wrap all the way around this beauty. This creamy color will match anything and it is in perfect condition. 7262
