Cast iron 1920-30 Art Deco sconces with an interesting rectangular “step” slip-in shade on top.

The finish is pewter with high/lo accents. I like how the backplate repeats the angular sides
of the shade.

The shade is secured with set screws and there is a horseshoe style seg at the back which notches
into the shade with the back set screw. An interesting adaptation.

Electrical: These sconces have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal bakelite sockets for everyday medium base bulbs. The backplate has a rotary switch for on and off. The sconce mounts with one normal sconce mounting all-thread to a normal electrical box from within the case. All mounting hardware will be supplied.

Measurements: Overall height (w/o candles) is 11 1/2”. Overall widest part is the backplate which is 4 1/2” wide. Projects into the room 5 1/4”. The backplate is 10” tall by 4 1/2” at it’s widest point.
