Original oil painting by world-renowned artist Dr. Jorge Noceda Sanchez (Dominican Republic, 1918 -). Dr. Sanchez received his training at the National Academy of Fine Arts in New York City. He gained international attention in 1959 when he toured throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. In 1960 he won a Gold Medal Award at the Biennial in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
