Jean de Roncourt

Jean de Roncourt worked in France in the late 19th Century and on into the 20's and 1930's.  Not much is known about him except that he sculpted the male form.  His most famous sculpture is "Le Bendeur".  His work is quintessential French Art Deco.

Jean Faure

Jean Faure (1896 - 1983) was one of the famous "ebenistes" of Toulouse.  He had his shop in the Rue de Metz in Toulouse.  His father worked in the Atelier of Leon Arbus, grandfather of Andre, and Jean started working for him from the age of 13.
