Description

A pair of wall sconces designed by Henry Dreyfuss in 1938 for the "Twentieth Century Limited" train. The aluminum fixtures hold a frosted glass globe which provides ambient light. Clear circle lenses facing left and right to provide direct light for reading. Manufactured by Luminator, Inc. Chicago. The sconces have four vertical fluted "speed" lines.
