This is quite a subtle French Art Deco Degué chandelier in comparison to much of his work.  It would grace any art deco interior design scheme without overpowering.
The wrought iron frame has at some time been plated, I don't know if you would leave it as is, or strip it back and then leave a bare metal finish - or paint it? The central globe has a nice strong Degué signature and it is ready to be rewired to take bulbs of your choice. All four pate de verre glass lamp shades are in good condition.
