This black patinaed Austrian art deco bronze was cast after a design by Julius Jarisik (1896 - 1966) for the Hagenauer Werkstatten of Vienna in the 1930’s. The dancer in an ecstatic pose has a single bracelet on her ankle and three bracelets on her arm. The base is marked with the Hagenauer “HWW” cypher “handmade “, “Made in Austria” and “Hagenauer, Wein”. The dancer is 9” tall.
