This Pochoir in colors on Arches paper by Jean Lurcat published by Jeanne Bucher, It has the blind stamp on the left and signature and date on the right.   It was created in 1933.  A surreal image of a female bathing in the oceean under the full moon.   it is framed in gold leaf frame with label "Jean Lurcat" on the frame.  The image is 14" x 9" and it is 20" x 15" overall.
