Description

213-ZN-DES  Classic Art Deco Two Light Wall Sconce
Metal objects manufactured during the Art Deco era were often made of cast iron, aluminum, or even zinc.
Staying with tradition and originality, and the samples thereof, we have recreated a rather nice Art Deco double sconce.
It is a nice combination of French style Art Deco, with aspects of the Streamline Deco motif.
The nice mellow antique finish is surely a fit for Art Deco décor with some flourishes.
Measurements:
The fixture by itself WITHOUT shades is 12” wide by 11 3/8” tall, with a projection of 4”.  Normally, you cannot find a fixture with a lesser protrusion from the wall...that still accepts a shade...than this 4” measurement.  Usually the only other choice is a candle-tube type sconce.
The fixture WITH our pictured 0350G shades (as pictured) is 15 1/4” wide by 11 3/8” tall, with a projection of 5 5/8”.
Wiring:  Two medium base sockets are used, with each capable of 100 watts incandescent each.
A very nice touch that we must bring your attention to is the mounting knob and the matching rotary switch knob used here.  Outstanding design and favor...no wholesaler off the shelf-knobs here.  We craft both of them specially for our recreated Art Deco pieces such as this.
Shades:  The shade is shown with our Art Deco shade 0350G.  This is the shade to order IF you wish to have the pictured result.
This fixture is sold without shades.  This is so you could use ANTIQUE shades of your choice with this nice fixture.  The antique shade that you might wish to use should not be over 5 1/4” diameter or it will hit the wall.  Your antique shade should have a drop-in bottom fitter size of no larger than 1 7/8” diameter, and be able to pass a 1 1/4” diameter electrical socket through it’s center.  For comparison, look at our 0350G shade for a like comparison.
